We’re looking for someone who can embrace that energy, welcome everyone with warmth, and make our shop a space where everyone belongs.
What you’ll do as our Shop Manager Falmouth
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of staff and volunteers
- Create a welcoming, well-presented store that reflects the community we serve
- Champion inclusive volunteering – supporting people from all backgrounds to get involved
- Connect with local groups, students, and visitors to grow support for the shop and our hospices
- Maximise sales through great stock management and creative displays
- Be the heart of the shop – engaging, adaptable, and community-minded
What you’ll bring:
- Retail or charity shop management experience
- A genuine passion for inclusion and community engagement
- Creativity, commercial thinking, and a flair for visual merchandising
- Confidence to lead, listen, and build strong volunteer relationships
- Enthusiasm for meeting new people from all walks of life
