Our Falmouth shop reflects the vibrant spirit of the town — with a wonderfully diverse customer base, including friendly locals, university students, curious holidaymakers, and even cruise ship visitors popping in from around the world. We’re looking for someone who can embrace that energy, welcome everyone with warmth, and make our shop a space where everyone belongs.

What you’ll do as our Shop Manager Falmouth

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of staff and volunteers
  • Create a welcoming, well-presented store that reflects the community we serve
  • Champion inclusive volunteering – supporting people from all backgrounds to get involved
  • Connect with local groups, students, and visitors to grow support for the shop and our hospices
  • Maximise sales through great stock management and creative displays
  • Be the heart of the shop – engaging, adaptable, and community-minded

What you’ll bring:

  • Retail or charity shop management experience
  • A genuine passion for inclusion and community engagement
  • Creativity, commercial thinking, and a flair for visual merchandising
  • Confidence to lead, listen, and build strong volunteer relationships
  • Enthusiasm for meeting new people from all walks of life
